Welcome! My name is Jacqueline Dimick and I am glad you are here. I am a clinical counselor and spiritual life coach, serving clients in person at my Yarmouth office, as well as via Telehealth sessions.
Clinical counseling and life coaching services are different services and I welcome the opportunity to discuss them with potential clients, to determine which service may be the best fit.
Through counseling services, I support women through a unique approach grounded in Acceptance Commitment Therapy and mindfulness informed therapies. I support mid to high functioning women who are navigating the waters of stress / anxiety and have a desire to evolve and expand their quality of life. It is a common experience for women to find themselves caught in states of reactivity. The pressures women face in the modern world (as women have for millennia), often leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and experiencing the sense that we have lost touch with the essence of who and what we really are. Sometimes this results in abandoning practices and rituals that nourish our body, mind and soul. For some women, life has demanded so much that the never found these understanding and practices to begin with.
In my sessions with clients, we explore origins of stress and anxiety and consider new perspectives and ways of responding to life's challenges that support living a healthy, balanced and joy filled existence. Through mindfulness exercises, breath work and self-care practices, we cultivate and revitalize emotional, mental / physical energies and overall well being.
As a spiritual life coach, I operate from the philosophy that humans have the answers to their questions within them. My work involves supporting clients in finding their path through exploring their values, beliefs and goals. We consider what it means to operate from a soul perspective and how this may guide and support their journey forward. In session, we engage in exploring practices to support clients in:
connecting with their inner wisdom and spiritual essence;
rediscovering their potential and passion for this life;
cultivating a life of balance and bliss.
The mindful, spiritual path is an active journey inviting us into exploration of our four bodies (mental, physical spiritual and emotional wellness) and the process of cultivating a joy filled life. It is here where we meet our higher selves, and that of others. You can free yourself from old patterns, excuses, fears, and painful emotional addictions. You can learn from past traumas. You can heal the ghosts of your past.
